1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using MemoEasy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.
2. Description of the Application
MemoEasy is a flashcard application for learning and memorization. It is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The application can be used for free with certain limitations. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks the Premium tier, which removes those limitations permanently.
3. Premium Purchase
The Premium tier is unlocked by a single, one-time in-app purchase. This purchase is non-recurring — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Once purchased, Premium access is permanently granted to your account on the same platform.
- Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their respective refund policies.
4. License
GoPve grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use MemoEasy on your device, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the application or any part of it.
5. User Content
All flashcards, tags, profiles, and images you create in MemoEasy are stored locally on your device. GoPve does not access, transmit, or store your personal content on external servers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the application to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the application.
- Circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
MemoEasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GoPve does not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoPve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including loss of data.
9. Changes to These Terms
GoPve may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
